Designed in 2024 and completed in 2025. I prepared the architectural drawings, coordinated the structural engineer’s drawings and documentation, and managed the submission of the complete drawing package for the building permit.

Throughout the construction process, I continued to support the homeowner by assisting with obtaining trade quotes, scheduling contractors, and coordinating the delivery of materials to the site. The homeowner is currently completing the final interior finishing and detailing of the residence.
